• Virtual Care with Dr. Cassleman in other states (currently licensed in Florida, Tennessee, Texas, others can be added if patient has specific needs)

• Prescription management, prompt refills and medication adjustments

• Longer and more in-depth visits with Dr. Cassleman

• No fees for expedited medical letters, forms, authorizations​

PERSONALIZED PRECISION MEDICINE

• Annual comprehensive exam incorporating personalized treatment plans and strategizing on long-term optimization of patient’s health

• Available advanced lab testing, follow-up and discussion

• Available wellness preventative exams (2x/year) to set and review your health goals at personalized interval
  Prevention strategy for chronic disease including neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, cancer, metabolic disease

• Personalize labs and imaging strategy and monitoring

• Coordination and communication with patient’s specialists
